However, our retail partners encouraged us to embrace the challenge and establish an independent manufacturing business to meet the demand and respond to consumer trends. Our company aims to transform the manufacturing industry by empowering youth through equitable employment opportunities, leadership roles, and skills development programs. We aim to support local business segments by collaborating with related businesses within the manufacturing eco-system. Our Founder

Mahlako Mahapa

Mahlako is a research, policy, and transformation specialist and entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in various management roles across multiple sectors. Her notable accomplishments include serving as Special Advisor to the Minister of Justice & Correctional Services and founding an award-winning youth career development initiative in her early 20s.

Currently, she leads her consulting company, offering technical, operational, and supply services within the Mining Sector. Mahlako has also completed leadership training at Kansas State University (USA). She is well-known for building high-performance teams and successfully driving growth and transformation across sectors.
